Fried Shrimp Avocado Rolls w/ chili Mayo Sauce

10 shrimps
1 avocado...
1 bunch of cilantro
five spring roll wrappers
Salt and pepper
Cooking oil
three Tbsp mayonnaise
three Tbsp candy chili sauce
1/four lemon
Iceberg lettuce

1. Combine mutually 1 tablespoon of flour with 1 tablespoon of water and put aside.
2. Peel and devein the shrimps. Abdominal part up, make four-five shallow cuts alongside the duration of the abdominal, being cautious to not slice all through. Peel and slice avocado.
three. Lower the spring roll wrappers in 0.5 to make triangles. Area one shrimp onto the middle of the triangles, guaranteeing the tail stands proud of the wrapper, adopted through a slice of avocado and some sprigs of cilantro.
four. Season with salt and pepper. Roll the wrappers up, securing the perimeters with the flour/water combo.
five. Deep fry in oil at 325F till crispy and golden brown.
6. To make the sauce, mix mayonnaise and candy chili sauce.
7. Serve with lettuce leaves, lemon slices and sauce.
